Tabata training includes a 20-second exercise followed by a 10-second rest, repeated eight times in a row. A variety of total body conditioning that will involve strength and cardio exercise. This class is designed to target all major muscles groups in a variety of ways. Tuesday & Wednesday classes will be different exercises!
About the Instructor: Erica Decker has been a fitness instructor with Plainfield Recreation for over four years and has quickly developed a following because of her ability to connect with her clientele and adapt her workouts to all abilities. Erica is also our instructor for Mixed Fitness, Parent & Me, and STRONG Nation™.
Come prepared with the following: good cross trainer shoes, yoga mat, towel, mask and a lot of water!
