Tabata Fitness Register View Cart

Tabata training includes a 20-second exercise followed by a 10-second rest, repeated eight times in a row. A variety of total body conditioning that will involve strength and cardio exercise. This class is designed to target all major muscles groups in a variety of ways. Tuesday & Wednesday classes will be different exercises!

New Virtual Option! This class is now being offered virtually. Virtual classes will be live and scheduled at the same time as the in person classes. Classes will take place on the Google Meet platform. Virtual participants will be responsible for acquiring their own equipment.

About the Instructor: Erica Decker has been a fitness instructor with Plainfield Recreation for over four years and has quickly developed a following because of her ability to connect with her clientele and adapt her workouts to all abilities. Erica is also our instructor for Mixed Fitness, Parent & Me, and STRONG Nation™.

Come prepared with the following: good cross trainer shoes, yoga mat, towel, mask and a lot of water!
