This class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Each session you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. As part of your high-intensity sweat session, you'll hit the floor for some core exercises as well.
About the Instructor: Erica Decker has been a fitness instructor with Plainfield Recreation for over four years and has quickly developed a following because of her ability to connect with her clientele and adapt her workouts to all abilities. Erica is also our instructor for Mixed Fitness, Parent & Me, and Tabata Fitness.
Come prepared with the following: good cross trainer shoes, yoga mat, towel, mask and a lot of water!
