We're looking to add some balance to your life while making you stronger! This class will make you focus on using one muscle at a time as well as teaching proper stretching techniques to improve flexibility. We're also going to pick up some weights to build and tone your muscle to give you a COMPLETE workout!
Instructor: Our instructor Lindsey is a seasoned fitness instructor with several years of experience working for various gyms across CT. Lindsey has completed courses to become a certificated personal trainer, nutritionist, and online coach. Lindsey has a bubbly personality and loves building relationships with her participants that help them achieve their goals.
