If you are 60 years or older or you know someone who is- and needs
transportation to:

♦ATTEND A MEDICAL APPOINTMENT
♦VISIT THE SENIOR CENTER

Call the Plainfield Recreation Office to find out about our transportation program.
Our wheelchair accessible van or car is available to help the
elderly travel around Northeast CT.

Donation based door to door pick-up is available.
Advance reservations are required.
