Parent Packets will be emailed out to all campers and added to this website in late May or early June. 

While completing the registration process please answer every question. This is our primary source of information gathering for your child.

Registration is by current grade children are in for the 2023/2024 school year

Camp Overview:

Camp Fees:
Sibling Discount - $50.00 off the total amount for each additional child. Please call the Recreation Dept. at the point of checkout so the discount can be applied.

Regular Camp Day Schedule:
 On days when camp is not on a trip, campers will have planned activities that will promote socialization, team bonding, and teamwork. Organized sports activities in the fields and art sessions.

Field Trips and in Camp Entertainment: 
Teen Rec (6-8) will go on either a field trip off site, have an in camp field trip activity, or presenter each week. Sea Unicorns Game, Ecotarium, Escape Room/Bowling, Ekonk Turkey Farm tour, Movies, and Essex Steam Train and River boat ride. 

Trips to the Town Hall Pool:
We have plans to have regularly scheduled trips to the town hall pool once a week so every camper will have the opportunity to swim for 60 minutes. We will have certified lifeguards monitoring the pool in addition to the camp counselors supervising swimmers.


Financial Assistance:




  • Sibling Discount - $50.00 off the total amount for each additional child. Please call the recreation department to receive the discount.  Discount will be applied at the checkout screen.


  • Payment Plans - Please contact us to schedule a payment plan




Refund Policy:
Cancellations and refunds will not be processed after June 1 without medical documentation.
