At times we struggle to balance life, weight, and good eating habits, but with this program and our instructor Dawn's knowledge, everyone will be able to better manage a healthy diet. Each topic is a 3 week course.
Topics
Meal Prep-how can planning ahead set you up for success, what choices and ideas can we make to ensure proper nutrition and food boredom.
Label Reading-What are we eating? what is really in the foods we eat and what do we need to avoid?
Snacks- we all love to snack, so what should be snacking on? How can we enjoy a snack without ruining a whole day, or maxing out on sugars and calories?
Our instructor Dawn Ennis, has several years of experience teaching fitness and nutrition all across Eastern CT. Dawn is a certified personal trainer and nutritional coach through ISSA and is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
