A Day In The Life Of A Wildlife Rehabilitator: Join us for a presentation entitled “A Day in the Life of a Wildlife Rehabilitator.” Rehabilitator Sherry Harmon of Nutmeg Acres Wildlife Rehabilitation will speak with us about the ups and downs of taking in sick, injured, or orphaned wildlife with the goal of rehabilitating them and releasing them back into the wild. She will also teach us what to do if we come across a wild animal in distress. Sherry will be bringing her ambassador animal Willie the Opossum with her so we can observe and pet him! Don’t miss this fabulous program; all ages welcome! Light Refreshments at 12:30, speaker at 1pm.
