Camp theme this year is CIRCUS a summer under the big top! The circus theme has inspired all our activities, games, field trips, on site field trip activities, and so much more! A calendar of the 6 weeks will be sent out to all those registered along with a printed sheet available at camp every week.
Camp will be back at Moosup Elementary School!

Parent Packets will be emailed out to all campers and added to this website in June.

While completing the registration process please answer every question. This is our primary source of information gathering for your child.

Registration is by current grade children are in for the 2024/2025 school year

Enrollment begins April 1st for Residents and May 1st for Non Residents
Registration ends June 20th

Summer Camp registration is online only. We do not process camp registration in office, over the phone, or in paper form.

Camp Fees:
Sibling Discount - $50.00 off the total amount for each additional child. Please call the Recreation Dept. at the point of checkout so the discount can be applied.

Regular Camp Day Schedule:
We will have four specialists that will plan organized group activities for campers every day! The specialists will include Sports, Art, Music and Dance. Groups will spend up to 60 minutes with each specialist each day to every other day. Additionally campers will have time each day for less structured activities on the playground and ball fields.

Field Trips and In-Camp Entertainment:
K-7 will go on one off site field trip per week and one or more on site field trip.
Breezy, Southwick Zoo, United Skates of America.

Trips to the Town Hall Pool:
Regularly scheduled trips to the town hall pool on Fridays every camper will have the opportunity to swim for 30 minutes. We will have certified lifeguards monitoring the pool in addition to the camp counselors supervising swimmers.

Financial Assistance:

Sibling Discount - $50.00 off the total amount for each additional child. The discount will be applied at checkout. Please contact the office for discount.
Early Registration Discount- A discount will be given for residents that sign up between April 1st-April 30th. Discount will given after completion of camp registration online. Please contact the office for discount. (no discounts will be given after April 30th. Discounts only valid by phone and with a fully completed online registration.)
Monthly Installments - Please contact us to schedule a payment plan before May 30th.
All payment plans must be paid in full on or before June 20th in order to attend camp.
In order to receive any discounts or payment plans you must complete the full online registration process. All weeks planning on attending camp, emergency contact forms, permission forms, and policy and procedures.

Refund Policy:
Cancellations and refunds will not be processed after June 1 without medical documentation.
