Not sure if you're ready to pass the full lifeguard certification course? This prep class is designed to help you find out!
You'll learn the basic swim strokes required for the lifeguard test and work on building your endurance — both for swimming laps and treading water without using your hands. We’ll also practice key skills like swimming while holding a 10-pound brick.
Gain confidence, improve your technique, and see if lifeguarding is the right fit for you!
