This gently paced, floor-based Yin Yoga class focuses on long-held postures, mindful breathing, and deep release. Instead of strengthening through effort, we soften through stillness. Poses are held for several minutes at a time, allowing the body’s connective tissues to gently open while the nervous system settles into calm.
The theme of “Less Doing, More Being” encourages you to step out of productivity mode and into presence. There’s no rushing, no striving, and no need to perform — just space to breathe, feel, and reconnect.

All you need is a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks and a blanket. If you do not have yoga blocks or a mat we will have some available.
