This class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Each session you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. In this class you’ll learn how to coaster step, jazz box, vine, shuffle, and weave, in addition to learning basic line dancing terms all while making new friends. This is the perfect way to get your steps! Session 2 is a continuation of the 1st session.Intermediate:Step things up a bit in this fun intermediate class. In this class the pace is a bit faster and the steps a little more on point. We’ll build off of what was taught in the beginner’s class to put everything together for some new dances. If you love to paint or want to try a paint class, Tara form HeArt in Mind Designs is hosting a paint night for painters of every level of skill. All supplies are provided to make a 16x20 canvas heart themed painting. This paint night is for painters 12 and up. So come as a couple, as friends, as a family fun activity, or on your own either way you will fun! REGISTRATION FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLEIf for any reason you are unable to attend after you paid class registration fee; we will be happy to make arrangements for you to pick up a kit after the class takes place. Brushes will not be included in take home kits.

Beginners: Have you always wanted to learn how to line dance? Now’s your chance! No experience needed! In this class you’ll learn how to coaster step, jazz box, vine, shuffle, and weave, in addition to learning basic line dancing terms all while making new friends. This is the perfect way to get your steps! Session 2 is a continuation of the 1st session.Intermediate:Step things up a bit in this fun intermediate class. In this class the pace is a bit faster and the steps a little more on point. We’ll build off of what was taught in the beginner’s class to put everything together for some new dances. This class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Each session you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. As part of your high-intensity sweat session, you'll hit the floor for some core exercises as well.About the Instructor: Erica Decker has been a fitness instructor with Plainfield Recreation for over four years and has quickly developed a following because of her ability to connect with her clientele and adapt her workouts to all abilities. Erica is also our instructor for Mixed Fitness, Parent & Me, and Tabata Fitness. Come prepared with the following: good cross trainer shoes, yoga mat, towel, mask and a lot of water!Make Up Date: tbaAll winter programs have been delayed by one week.
