Our yoga classes are all about relaxation! If you are looking for a moving meditation, a full body workout, more flexibility, or just an hour of peace, you will find it all with Yoga.  All you need is your body in comfortable clothes and a Yoga mat.  Classes are open to all levels and will be modified according to student needs and goals.NEWLY ADDED FULL MOON YOGA Join us each full moon at Lion's Park for yoga under the full moon.
