In this fun, cardio class participants will learn basic punches and kicks that will surely make you break a sweat. This class is the perfect balance of fun and hard work.

Instructor: Our instructor Lindsey is a seasoned fitness instructor with several years of experience working for various gyms across CT. Lindsey has completed courses to become a certificated personal trainer, nutritionist, and online coach. Lindsey has a bubbly personality and loves building relationships with her participants that help them achieve their goals.

NEW Cardio Kickboxing High Intensity  is a partner based beginning boxing class with some kicks and cardio mixed in! This class aims to help train your body and mind by working on hand-eye coordination as well as endurance and strength.
