Youth Basketball League

Referee Holding Basketball
This league is designed to teach children the fundamentals of basketball including skill development and sportsmanship. Children are placed on teams who are coached by volunteers. Teams are co-ed. The season begins in December and runs through February. Games and practices are held at various Plainfield schools Monday through Thursday with the occasional Saturday (if needed). There is one practice and one game per week.

Evaluation Nights will be as followed:
Monday, November 27 - Junior Division (3rd & 4th Grade)
Tuesday, November 28 - Senior Division (5th & 6th Grade)
Wednesday, November 29 - Master's Division (7th & 8th Grade)

Coaches will contact teams during the week of November 27 - December 3

The first practice will be Monday December 4 for Juniors and Seniors and Tuesday December 5 for Masters.

Schedule: 
**Practice and game start times**
Juniors - Monday and Wednesday 5:30pm or 7:15pm
Seniors - Monday and Wednesday 6:00pm or 7:15pm
Masters - Tuesday and Thursday 6:00pm or 7:15pm

We're in need of volunteer coaches. Please indicate during the registration process if you are interested in being a coach. Coaches will receive one free registration. Reimbursement will be processed at the end of the season.
